to know that someone cares...
EVERY DAY.
Every time a Windermere agent sells a home, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1989. Each year, contributions from Windermere agents, combined with donations from Windermere employees and community members, have allowed the Windermere Foundation to support non-profit agencies dedicated to helping low-income and homeless families.
Local Windermere at Work
Our local Windermere Foundation is active in helping homeless or near homeless children and families. Along with the financial contributions to local agencies, our agents, staff and clients help with the annual "Share the Warmth" coat and blanket drive during the months of November and December.
Community Service Day
Windermere Stellar has been helping the Fruit Valley Foundation as their Community Service Day project since 2012. Each June or staff and agents collect & deliver food to the Fruit Valley Foundation Food Bank. Over 90% of the students at Fruit Valley Elementary School are on assistance for breakfast & lunch. The Fruit Valley Foundation plays a huge part in helping these children with meals during the summer months.
